Talk to the floor, not a sales inbox.
Address, phone and email are published in full below. They should match, word for word, whatever appears on any other profile carrying this company's name — if they do not, that is worth asking about before placing an order.

Verify the factory
Four ways to check that what is published here is real, in ascending order of effort.
| Method | What it proves | How to arrange |
|---|---|---|
| Read the floor photographs | That the named departments exist — captions match the signage in frame, three machine plates are legible | Nothing to arrange — on the about page |
| Entity check | That Juntime International (HK) Co., Limited is the company you are contracting with | Business licence provided at quotation stage |
| Visit in person | Everything the photographs show, plus what you did not think to ask about | No. 6 Sanzhong Road, Sanzhong Village, Qingxi Town, Dongguan — a few days' notice |
| Third-party inspection | Independent verification of a production run against AQL | Appoint your own inspector, or we arrange one |
Departments and equipment are listed on the about page, and the inspection standard on the quality control page.
Send an enquiry
For a quotation, the form below reaches an engineer directly. For anything else, email is fine.
A quotation needs six things: category, material, quantity per style, finish with the plating thickness in microns, sizing, and the market you ship to. Sending them together is what makes a one-working-day reply possible.
If the design exists as CAD — .stl, .3dm or .step — attach it. If it exists as a sketch or a physical sample, say so and we will work from that instead. An NDA is signed before files are received, on request.
For technical questions that are not yet a quotation, the FAQs answer most of them with numbers rather than invitations to get in touch.
Contact questions
Each answer stands alone and can be read without the rest of this page.
Who will I be talking to?
An engineer, not a sales inbox. The first reply to a technical enquiry comes from someone who has read the design against the intended process, which is why it usually contains a question about wall thickness or plating specification rather than a brochure.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. The address is published above — No. 6 Sanzhong Road, Sanzhong Village, Qingxi Town, Dongguan. Give a few days' notice so the right people are on the floor. If a visit is not practical, the about page photographs every department under its own signage, three of them with a legible machine plate, and a third-party inspector can be appointed to a specific production run.
Which entity will invoice me?
Juntime International (HK) Co., Limited is the operating entity and the production floor is in Qingxi, Dongguan, Guangdong. A Hong Kong entity invoicing against mainland China production is a common and legitimate export structure. What matters is that the entity name, the address and the bank details on the invoice match what is published here — check that before paying anything.
What are your working hours?
China Standard Time, UTC+8, Monday to Saturday. That puts the working day roughly 12–15 hours ahead of North America and 7–8 hours ahead of Western Europe, so a message sent at the end of a European day is usually answered by the following morning.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day for enquiries and quotations. WhatsApp is faster during Guangdong business hours for short questions; email is better for anything involving files, specifications or a written record.
